1. What is GRE Examination?
The GRE stands for Graduate Record Exam. It’s standardized tests which open doors for many US University’s Graduate Program. You need to get primary requirements to get into the Graduate school. Every University has their own requirement as per their program.

3. What is the GRE used for?
The main purpose of the GRE is to grant qualifiers of this exam that place in the Master or Doctoral programs in the non-Business School. But, now many Business School accept GRE instead of GMAT so, you don’t have to worry on that. Many university accepting results from this examination as part of admission criteria and on.

Student who are coming all the way from different backgrounds and any undergraduate program can easily take the GRE. The GRE, is become fair exam to select students of the same level. Students, who cannot boost college GPA, can still do much more better in the GRE exams. If you are not happy or proud of your college GPA, you still have chances to do well in the GRE and get high scores. Remember the door is always open!

4. What skills/ Abilities are Tested Through the GRE?
GRE basically is a general test, it is not going to test the student for any specialized skill or perfection. The main abilities that are going to be tested through this exam are Verbal Reasoning, Quantitative Reasoning, Critical Thinking and Analytics Writing. These are skills that students had already developed during the high school or in under-graduate program.

a.       Verbal Reasoning Assessment
This is the most important part of your test, that assessing you on your reading comprehension skills and deal on that. You are also asking you to analyze the provided written materials.

b.       Quantitative Reasoning Assessment
The next most important part is Quant. Here your math skills are tested. You will be tested on how you can interpret the data and the quantitative problems presented to you. This part will ask you to cover problem solving, quantitative comparison and the data interpretation.

c.       Analytical Writing
This part measures your writing skills on critical thinking basic. Test takers are provided with complex ideas and asked to articulate them effectively by supporting with relevant ideas. You just need to stay very calm and focused to the reason you are going to argument. Besides your critical thinking and writing your basic English Grammar skills are also be tested. So, don’t neglect your grammar!

5. How GRE Exam are Scored?
Especially, GRE exam are divided into the two major categories Quant Part and Verbal Part. All together they carry scores from 130-170, i.e. 170 for Quant and 170 for Verbal in total of 340, given in 1 Point increment. Always remember these scores carry heavyweight as far getting to accept in your dream graduate school. Last part of the test Analytical Writing scored ranging from 0-6. Many of the test takers scored 4 and 20 percent of the test takers scored 5-6.

6. How long is the GRE Test?
The test takes less than 4 hours. In the same time, you will have optional break and reading  instruction break as well.

7. What is the total cost for GRE exam?
The exam fee is $205 for all over the world except China and Australia. You should pay $220.70 if you are taking exam from China and $230 if you are taking exam from Australia. This price was effective from July 1, 2017.
